OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Cyrus has worked at Relcom for 16 years. Cyrus’ time is balanced between identifying the strategic direction for Relcom, general management, and working on product development. Cyrus held leadership positions in the Navy, avionics, and telecommunications industries before he landed at Relcom.  While at home Cyrus enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, and DIY Projects.

Maris started Relcom at his house in 1985.  Maris helps with product development while also keeping up with industry trends.  When not at work Maris enjoys cycling, skiing, reading, and playing Bach on the piano.

Tammy has worked at Relcom for 29 years.  Tammy is responsible for all production activities to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, and according to safety standards.  Tammy enjoys spending time with family and friends in addition to camping, traveling, scuba diving, and motorcycle riding.

Josh has been with Relcom for 23 years.  Josh spends his time ensuring that financial plans align with organizational goals.  When not spending time with his wife and daughter, Josh is an avid golfer and competitive racquetball player.

Mike has worked at Relcom for 20 years.  Mike’s time is spent managing the engineers and product development.  Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, 4 kids, 4 grandkids, and mini Aussie.  He also sings in a jazz and swing choir and is currently learning to play the guitar.
